I have a question--you said it takes you one hour for each block--do you make one block at a time, or do you work on them assembly-line fashion? I just finished a Judy Niemeyer quilt that had a bunch of paper piecing. I found that it went waaaayyyy faster using an assembly line method of putting the blocks together. Beautiful work, by-the-way! Thanks for sharing your progress. Can't wait to see the finished quilt!!!

Harmony, This is beautiful. I love scrappy and this is a perfect block to use all of the scraps. Thanks for sharing. Eiltcoq.

Love this...by working the solids into each block it really makes the colors POP.
I hear you how long it takes to PP, but I love the final results. No fault quilting..

Love it. Scrappy is always my favorite. I am looking at so many scaps right now from my latest quilting frenzy. I usually do a kaleidoscope, simple log cabin, Pineapple.

Have you not tried the Freezer paper technique yet...it is so fast and no sewing threw the paper and using the same pattern over and over.

It is stunning but it will take forever. If you can insert black sashings you might
be able to cut out 8 blocks...
