i like it with the pink sashing, and i think it would look good with the darker pink border. very pretty, either way!

I think the darker pink. It will bring out the darker pink from the block, then use the lighter pink for the first border and then the blue. but whatever you choice, it will ook GREAT!

So Cute. I like it without the sashing only because the little gold bows in the corners look so neat. Either way, it's adorable.

I think the pink around each block would be best.

As for the left overs, make her doll blankets. I have 2 gr daus that love playing dolls and they are always in my scrap material looking for things to wrap around themselves and their dolls.
So, for Christmas, I am making them play quilts and matching smaller one for their babes.

Oh man, I love the quilt no matter how you finish it, but I really love the effect you get with the darker pink sashing! Then maybe a narrow 1st border and then more dark pink.

No sashing - I like the look of the blocks together, unsashed.

    Great choices of fabric!

I have bought pink homespun for the borders. When I layed the blocks onto different pinks we(LQS) found that it only needed the borders to set of the pattern in the blocks. When I get the finish the top I will post a pic to show you how it looks. Thanks every one for your input. it did make it easier to see both sides.
