Wow, this is a beautiful wall quilt, the colors really pop and the quilting is amazing.

. I used a polyester silver fabric, Oh man!!! that was a difficult task. I'm glad it's done & I'll give it as a christmas gift.

That is so beautiful - my favorite colors. I have used a lot of silver and other shiny accents in my p/p and bargello. I find that if I bond the thinnest iron-on interfacing onto it first, that it will work like any other fabric - just be careful not to iron the shiny without a press cloth. Hope that makes it easier next time, because that is so pretty, the world needs more of your beautiful creations.

Love your quilt!! Sooooo cute. Can you explain how the hanging portion works? I like how you did this but can not figure how it hangs...on what??
I sew triangles on the back before sewing on the binding.
I cut a small dowel rod to fit inside the pockets.
Here's a picture of a back with the dowel rod inside.
