Colletta: Your block is so bright and happy looking. I applaud your effort. After reading of everyone's struggle with this block I'm a bit hesitant to try it but at this point it's beginning to kick me as a "challenge" I have to meet. I may decided to go with ShellyQ's paperpieced version instead of messing with the "Y's." I'll take a little punishment but I'm not a glutan for it so paper piecing (much as I'm not crazy about that application, either) seems to be the lesser of the two evils for me. I'll post whatever I finish.

DonnaRae I haven't attempted yet because of all the problems everyone else had, I am not sure either what the problems were- maybe measurements were off on the template?
I have had HP printers and loved them also, I had other ones and I think these were by far better for me. I just had to get a new one after flooding and I got an HP Photosmart C6280 all-in-one. I really like this one. i scanned some fabric to make a pattern and It was hard to tell the fabric from the copy.

Okay I missed that post somehow from Patricia... Thanks for letting us know. I don't know how I missed it. Must have gone to page two. Phooey on me. That is why they are way off on the bottom trying to match them to the dots. Yuk, back to the drawing board. :D  :D

Denise, go to page one and Patrice give the errors. Also in pictures she gives three different ways to make the star and you can download them. And great patterns! Check it out :!: :D

17 personalities...are you trying to make Sybil feel like an ONLY child? She only had 16 identifiable personalities!
