Welcome from Oregon! 60 is a great age for starting quilting! You are only as old as you think and feel! Having fun and creating beautiful quilts is great therapy!

Hello and welcome from Grand Rapids, MI. I think that it is awesome that you are going to teach yourself to quilt with your mother and grandmothers quilt tops, it will be just like having them there with you. This is a great place to learn lots!!!

Hi and welcome from N.E.Ohio. Lucky you. I've inherited about 10 from an aunt that I plan on finishing for myself and pass down to the kids when the time comes. Have fun , I'm sure they'll be beautiful when finished.
