Yes, the TM instructions tell you this. You quilt your fabric to the TM (with or without batting for different effects), shrink it, and THEN measure and cut.

And yes, it's washable.

I used it on a baby quilt-different textures for touching. Wasn't that satisfied with it. Didn't seem to puff up much but maybe I was doing something wrong. Maybe not enough steam. Will try again. But the stuff is expensive.

My friend used it on a pocket she made for a vest and it turned out wonderful! Love your purses :lol: :lol: :lol:

I know what it is, have seen tutorials on it but have not purchased it.
