Wow what a beautiful young lady there. Love her outfit, you did great. She really looks cute in that dress.

Beautiful girl and beautiful dress. My 15 year old granddaughter does Irish dance. When she first started at 6 years old,I made her a fairly simple (If there's such a thing) dance dress for Christmas. My daugher said that as soon as R. opened the package she rushed to put the dress on. Success! I'll bet your daughter did the same thing.

BEAUTIFUL, the model and the dress both! The color is just stunning and I love all of the tiny, beautiful details.

You are an awesome nana! I feel like the next one will be better. If you have any tips, please PM me. I fought with the vilene and the worst part was the lack of a pattern.

Love hearing from those who have made a dress. DGD has a friend who also dances whose GF and GM make dresses for their 2 GD. He did the embroidery after it was designed by a 16 year old neighbor boy. I think this one I made is considered fairly simple as well. My daughter and the little dancer GD are planning number two. Now I have to work on a garmet bag that DD cut out and started but got stuck on.
