I've ordered from them numerous times and had wonderful service. In fact, one time they sent me the wrong pattern I wanted so I called them to return it and they told me to keep it and sent me the correct one.

No shipping fees on orders over $100. Good place to buy Go dies. I bought my Go studio cutter & a bunch of dies from them. Shipping took about 10 days, as I recall. Of course, it SEEMED like forever!
