I had a 60% off coupon from a fabric warehouse in my area. It was for one cut of fabric. I took it into Joann's and they honored it on a wide muslin fabric I wanted for my grandson's quilt. I like to use muslin on those types of quilts as they only get used for a few years. So don't forget your competitors coupons, they might be good at Joann's also.

I got a 50% and am doing the happy dance. I have wanted a battery operated glue gun for ages but couldn't justify the price. I have two plugins but in classes you sometimes don't have a plug close to you etc. These are soooo convenient. I use my coupons for the odd things that they don't put on sale. Otherwise, I don't bother with them. Got tired of their shenanigans.

Me too. They play games with you. That is why I save my gas and do most of my shopping online now. Seems every time I go to Joanns they are out of what I want, am finding their fabric has really dropped in quality.

Yes, I got a 60%. Not sure what I can use it for since they have put most of the items in the store either on sale or in the exclusions statement.

I had a 60% coupon from a local fabric warehouse that I took into Joann's yesterday. I got a 3 yard cut of wide muslin with that. They do take competitors coupons. The fabric was not on sale. I used the muslin on my grandson's quilt. Like to use that as the quilt will be used for just a few years and then be changed out when the kids idea of bedroom decor changes. Right now he is into camoflage. I like to use Joann's coupons on higher priced fabric there that is not on sale.

Learned from my quilt instructor (who used to work for Joanne's) that we need to have Joanne's scan the address on our flyers about once/mont, so that we do stay on their mailing list...
