What a bummer----guess you need to find a better way to carry it with you. But you are not stupid-----------probably way to busy to keep track of everything.

Oh no, when are they going to make these things waterproof? My g-dtr dropped hers into a toilet, my dil got caught by a wave in Hawaii, & my son forgot his on a ferry. Thankfully he got his back but the others were toast.

You'd think after 3 times, you'd really be sure to ck. pockets. LOL I shouldn't talk since I still miss Kleenex in my pockets in the laundry. That's a lot cheaper than your phones though.

I am an 81 year old klutz!
My fumble fingers dropped my phone into the diet coke I was drinking! PLOOP! UH-oh!!!
I took it out, opened it up, gently dried off everything I could reach inside, left it open, three days later it worked again. That happened two years ago.
and it is still working fine!

OK, so I pulled out the sim card and my DD dried it as best she could. We put it in a tub of rice with a lid. The phone is working, but I can tell it still has moisture, so I'll keep it in the rice and change the rice everyday for a few more days.

I had it in my shorts pocket when we mowed the lawn (while it was 95 outside)! Needless to say I needed a shower when we were finished. I just swept up the dirty clothes and off to do some laundry. The phone went through the entire 1hr, 20 min wash cycle!

I keep saying my prayers that it keeps working as I do really like this flip phone. I am going to put a reminder card on the washer. And my friends wonder why I don't get a fancy phone!

Oh well,. . . . .life will go on!

Just happened to my daughter.....second time.
The replacement, even with her insurance coverage was going to cost her $150. so she went down to the pawn shop and she paid $40 for one that does more and works great. She just took the SIM card out, dried it and put it in the new phone. She also cancelled her replacement monthly insurance charge on her other phone...
