    Until you said how you got the fat eighths in the bottle-I'm thinking how the heck do you get them out?!?!? LOL your way sounds much easier than what I was thinking! Cute idea!

    A neat idea. I fill 2 liter bottles with goods to send to the DGK at camp, and put them in the mail, and they love it. I do as you do and cut a slit to fill them, then make a label with the mailing address that covers the slit and goes all the way around. I tape it with wide pkg. tape and take it to the post office. They have fun passing it around at the post office, and the kids at camp get excited trying to figure out how to get it open. I once heard about someone who sends her DGK goodies in the mail in a 1 gallon milk jug.
