Very true! But I am SO thankful that we can at least get to this beauty in just an hour or so.. Same with the ocean.. in just an afternoon we can be enjoying the ocean! I LOVE Washington! I dont think there is another state I would rather live in. :)

Seeing those pics makes me miss it. I am originally from Tacoma. I will be flying up for a visit the first weekend in Oct. Every time I go up it takes my breath away just to look at the mountains and see the "tall" trees.

When we lived in Montana, we used to just take off and we could find places like this. Miss being able to do that. Daughters creations are so usable. Let's see what else she comes up with.
