I bought one because I've been really disappointed with the marking pens available. You have to sharpen them all the time and they don't work well with my stencils. They get stuck and then break off like pencil lead.
I was happy with the white, blue and green. The yellow, pink and orange all were set into my anniversary sampler. I washed and washed and washed and now I only have one block that has an orange tint to it. I kept the white and threw everything else out.
I now use a Bohn mechanical pencil. Comes in a variety of colors, but I'm a big chicken and just use the white and gray. I would be very careful using anything but white. The marks stayed on my cream fabric.
