I'd like one light snow in March and ten let spring arrive - but I'm in the wrong part of the country to see that happen.

Snow is pretty to look at but I don't want it here where I live!! Not looking forward to winter.

Just have to add that I lived in East Aurora NY during the blizzard of '77 and it WAS beautiful to look at the big picture window of a nice warm cozy home but it created quite a mess and a lot of the picture window was covered, snow up to the rooftop on one side of the house, couldn't get a car out of the drive way and when the town snowplowed our street it blocked the driveway with so much more snow. whew long sentence.

So happy in early 80s when dh job transferred him to sunny CA, where we had a view of beautiful snow-topped mountains to our north and east. Just right for me, didn't have to dress for cold or shovel snow, get stuck in it, and no sloshing around in grocery store parking lots, getting carts stuck.

But I totally agree ... beautiful photo. And if all you are going to do is sit in your quilting studio, it is just perfect.

It's pretty. I'm sure the skiers are revving up to go with the sight of snow on the ground.

I live in Jamaica Beach, Galveston, TX, so I can't try this without going to New Mexico for snow. I forwarded this to my two nieces that live in WA state and RI. Beautiful fabric! I love the effect.

connie in CO, I love your chicken avatar. I have a large one of those, made by a friend, and it sits watch in my sewing room. They are just so darn cute!

WOW, that is a wet snow for Colorado. I miss the snow in Colorado, when I lived there it was a dry powdery dry snow and we were not able to make snowmen. DID great at snowangles tho. It is beautiful but you can keep it there.
