The cow quilt is a little less than twin size, and the blocks are 6.5". I did the simple machine quilting myself (SID and crosshatching), and I am proud of that accomplishment, since I am a beginner at that. I still need to wash the quilt to remove my markings and the spray basting. However, it is ok in this condition to take to quilt guild tomorrow for "show and tell."

The Bible Camp in my home community in ND has an annual quilt auction at the end of the summer, and I have been donating quilts for that. This quilt will be auctioned off this coming August.

Thanks again, MS quilter -- you made it happen!

Cute quilt. I love the fabrics you used. It should do very well at the auction.

Some of you have asked for more information about the specifics in the blocks, so that you can make a similar quilt. I have posted another thread called "Cow Quilt - Response to Request for More Information."

Thanks again for all of the positive remarks posted about my quilt -- it is very encouraging!
