    I done so many 10 minute blocks in one night I over done it and have 30!! They're a lot of fun, versitile and habit forming!!

    I have the book. It is called 10-Minute Blocks, by Suzanne McNeill. You can get it at Amazon see link below (if it does not work just search for 10-Minute Blocks). She has 2 books out.
