I like it, but then I like almost anything with embroidery on it! But I like your theme and the interpretation, the colors, etc. Good job.

    Totally awesome quilt!

Add me to the list of folks who would like to know if the machine embroidery designs are available for purchase and if so where?

The designs are cactus punch- 2 different design packs......designs were re-sized to fit in the 8.5 X 10.5 finished blocks.....

They still have the leather easy chair for the guys......They are one of my favorite shops....There is another Pfaff dealer in Worthington Ohio ( just north of Columbus) that has a similar set-up ( not run by Menonites tho).....I just bought my longarm machine on SAT @ Wilson's - and excitedly waiting for its delivery...

It depends.....your design has to fit inside a rectangle that is - finished size - 8" X 10"....the pattern calls for half of the 20 blocks to be horizontal and half to be vertically placed .......so if you can fit your designs into those dimensions and positions, it should work just fine.....Patern is in the Turning Twenty One More Time book.

I know that as of SAT they still had a lot of those homespun brushed cotton fabrics (am assuming you mean the very country colors and patterns that were on display just inside the door for a while).....they feel like flannel, but they are not - they are brushed cotton....so none of the problematic shrinkage you get with true flannel when washed. I bought 2 of those bundles to make a queen sized rail fence.....haven't started that one yet........but I need to get enough for the backing before they are out of the material!!

I live about 45-50 minutes due south of Wilson's - right off I-81 easy drive up.........maybe I will see you there one Saturday.
