    WOW. I just received the last of my blocks for Petals of the Heart II, but of course, I have yet to start it LOL Maybe you have inspired me. Did you fuse and stitch around all the appliques before sandwiching and quilting, or depend on the fusing and quilting alone to hold them down?

    Very nicely done. McKenna Ryan quilts are really neat. I have been working on the owl one for a few years now. Did you stitch the appliqué down or just leave them fused? I am afraid if I stitch them I will ruin it and if I don't they will fall off. Or do you quilt over them and that holds them on?
