Here is a similar one you could adapt for those looking for a pattern. . I have lots of scrap cat print fabric I wonder if it would be too busy, My mom would love this.

I love your kitty quilt. I made a bunch of these blocks. I really need to get them out and work up the quilt. Great job and thanks for the inspiration.
