I'll make sure I bring hammer and nails and maybe some oil for those squeaky steps.
Actually, I'll train Dougal to fetch for me lol

Dougal will do ANYTHING for a biscuit! And if you're bringing hammer and nails we can sure find you a few little DIY jobs to keep you busy!

K3N ,

You did a wonderful job on this beautiful quilt. It was right on time because a friend who used to quilt gave me a huge part of her stash and there were many plaids and checks in the group. I see many possibilities now, thanks to your sharing. This quilt is very nostalgic in a very positive sense. Keep up the great work.

Now that is a beautiful quilt! I love it's simplicity, so warm and welcoming. Great job.

Thanks everyone! This quilt is really 'back to my roots' quilting wise - I'm so into the one Block Wonders, batiks, bargello etc these days but sometimes it's nice to go traditional. :-D

It is fantastic. Love the placement of the hearts alternated with the patch work. If I have your permission, I am going to use it for the February strip of my 2010 quilt. A strip a month, equals 12 strips 8 inches wide x 81 inches Length makes a full sized top, 81 inches wide X 96 inches long. East strip is made representative of that month. January is strips of white & black with white dots. February, Hearts and forward per month. Takes one year to finish the top, but it is a reminded of my year.
