Scraps are perfect, different colors are great! That's what we are aiming for.

Okay,

I'm going to try to do the "pieced star" block from quilters cache - most likely with bright pink.

*IF* I do a second set (depending on the stash) I will try the "July Fourth" block from quilters cache - most likely with purple

that sound okay?

Don't know what I'm doing yet -- most likely will be different brights, not just one color. Will post as soon as I decide on a pattern.

Is it okay if I say 9-patch and then figure which variation I will use? I have some yellow that I think would be considered a bright, and a purple. Any objections? If so, please help. Tell me what brights you want in your quilt. I'm still very new at the block swaps. :-)
