Wow! Cross stitch is probably my first love also, but then I started beading and now do quilting. That pattern is gorgeous and you have done one fantastic job and it appears the framer knew how to handle the needlework. Keep on stitching.

This is just breathtaking. I would love to see it "in the flesh". I admire all cross stitchers for their work. It is one thing that beats me - can't keep track of all those little holes!

That is beautiful! Counted cross stitch is my first needle love too! I used to design, but never could have created anything that beautiful!

I have done alot of cs too, love it! Use to be my main pastime till the quilting bug bit me bad, lol. Every once in awhile, I pull some out again & work on it. It too, is so relaxing, & I have so much stash in it also, I can't give it up altogether, lol... Your piece is lovely, by the way!

I do both cs and quilting and even crochet and beading when I need a break But nothing as beautiful and complicated as yours! Awesome!

Oooooooooooh. I love cross stitch. It's my first love too, but my eyes are going bad. I have some of Martina's Mandelas charts, but never actually done one. I'm partial to Blackbird Designs, The Drawn Thread, Jeannette Douglas and Just Nan.

Your work is beautiful, I'll have to post a few of my own. I did a counted canvas by Brenda Kocher that I think is just too cool.
