I am so sorry about your leg. I wish you a speedy recover. I am sure for the first few days, you won't feel like doing much of anything, let alone quilting. However once you are up to it, dig out that quilt and get started. You will make lots of points with your DMI. that should be motivation enough. Good luck to you.

I wish you a full and speedy recovery. That's not the best way to get quilting time!!! I don't know your situation, but I was told to elevate my leg more many hours a day, which impedes machine work, but there is always redwork, applique and embroidery.
