This is really a cute quilt, do whatever makes you happy. I would bind it in red though.

It's your quilt. You don't have to add a border if you don't want one.

While red is my fav color, I really think a green that is in the quilt would be a great border or just a green binding. maybe a small green and finish with a red border and binding. Lots of options. Great quilt. Very cute.

Maybe do a red binding if you don't want to doa border. I always do borders on my quilts because I like them - this is your quilt do it how you like it!! Remember - No Quilt Police! Your quilt is adorable and will be great whatever way you decide to finish it!
