Beautiful colours...mine are very old-fashioned looking in comparison. I do my backs like that too....no tacking shows on the front and it is way quicker to do. Thanks for sharing your Mother's work...tell her it is gorgeous.

How precious. having just lost my mother at age 93 (her, not me) I would use them to make quilts for all her kids (if you are the only that quilts)grandkids and/or great-grandkids. Some day they will be treasures for her decendents.

Wow, I have just finished putting together grandmother's flower garden like this one. I think mine is really called grandmother's feed sack garden but it looks like this one. I have not started quilting it yet. Making these are very addictive. Yours are so pretty.
