Holy cow!! We just spent 1 1/2 hours on and out of the main bathroom with tornado sirens going off every couple of minutes. There was 20 plus locations between us and Benton ky. which is 15 miles north of us with rotation in the clouds. We have been given the all clear with this storm but there is more headed our way thru out the night. My 15 yr. old decided to go into full panic mode during all of this. Ugh!!! Wanted to let you all know what happened tonight. Be safe out there.

Well, I'm bumfuzzled. I don't know if I missed a weigh-in or not, either way I'm not looking again until Monday. The mother-in-law died. The family should be on a sit-com. They can't even have a funeral without a major dramatic production. Gets on my nerves. Want to say something but have to bite my tongue. Anyway, she was 90 and had Alzheimers, so it was a relief in a way. And I am 100 miles from the nearest in-law so we get along excellently...
Hubby is in the deer woods so I am unsupervised. I am enjoying my solitude. No cooking, no cleaning, no wearing clothes, just PJs. Rearranged the sewing room a little, had to... the dust bunnies and strings were taking over. Sent baby boy after groceries and he came back with no cookies, no candy, and no chocolate milk. Good boy... but I want a donut. He did buy me some peach flavored chewing gum. But I want a donut. Did I mention that I want a donut? But I refuse to put on clothes just to go buy a donut so I'm safe for today. Gonna go now and cut up some perfectly good fabric into little pieces.
