Wow!!!! some more beautiful quilts. Great job. I'm still waiting to see if JoAnnC
got her quilt yet. I could not bring myself to put on a label on it though. Her quilt is coming late. Good things come to those who wait.

I got my quilts from eagloneowl2u2 when I got home late last night and will take a picture as soon as batteries charged. I love both of them. She made the one and didn't like it so made another one for me.

Here is the DQ I am sending onto Quilty-Louise. I love how it turned out. I made an applique embroidery Bachelor Button block and set it with the nine patch. Thought was so cute. I am going to have to make one for myself later.

I just PROUDLY hung my DQ from Lynnie25 in my office at work! EVERYONE just loves it! Thanks again so much Lyn it is a beautiful work of art!

Now, I have a question for all...... how do "you" hang your doll quilts if you do?? right now, I use push pins to hang them in my office since they little bitty holes in the paneling. Any suggestions would be great!

    Thanks again Lyn!

I usually hand stitch little triangles on the back and fit a thin piece of dowel into it. You can either hang it directly on a hook or run fishing line either in the center or on two sides to hang a whole row of them. I am working on a plan to hang several over my fireplace which is brick -- obviously don't want to put holes in the brick, but I don't mind a tiny hook or two in the molding above.

Since you are hanging them in the office, what I do is use some old machine needles that have gone bad and use those. That way the hole is only the size of the needle and makes an even smaller hole than the push pin. I like Krystyna's idea as well. I generally sew a sleeve on the back so i can hang on the wall. I have seen also where wire has been shaped into a nice design like a heart with loops at both ends the distance of dowell where you can push the dowell in and out of the loops/circles to hold the quilt and change it out. I have made a couple of these and you just need to be sure you use a heavy wire so it holds it's shape. you can also buy them if want.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh I can't wait to get it and hand it on my "Quilt Wall"
which is in the hall. I have an oil painting that is going to be coming
down SOON because I need more wall space, and my daughter needs
"something" on her walls (they are bare).

Here is what my wall looks like right now. Although today when hubs
gets home I am going to ask him to take the cats and painting down
    for me.

Beth I can't wait to get your quilt to put on my wall.

I am not signed up for the April DW swap. But I hope to return
    for the May swap.
