    My mother did this pattern years ago in assorted left over fabric fromher stash. The pattern in the 50's was called Steeple Chase. Anyone ever heard of this name??

    Fantastic quilt. Could you share the pattern? I too have a miracle baby. My 8mo grandson was born with brain damage and limited vision. They recommend that he sees as much red as possible to stimulate his vision. This would definitely stimulate him. He is my joy in life!
