    Oh how funny. I think we've all been there. Yesterday we had to buy a new microwave and my husband was very upset when he couldn't heat up something. Said "guess we take it back". Asked him if it was plugged in. Guess what>>>

    I did that same thing after getting my Janome back from the shop after a cleaning. I was using an old J.C. Penny sewing machine my Aunt had given me years ago. Set the Janome up and did the same thing you did. I almost was ready to call the Shop and ask them "What the heck did you do to my machine", when I seen I was using the wrong pedal. Took me about 20 minutes of playing with the machine. I was lucky.....hubby was fishing or I'd have asked him. Makes me feel good that I wasn't the only one who did it. lol
