    I agree. I wouldn't think of parting with any of the quilts my grandmothers made, I really treasure them.

    Most everyone's comment is about the same: How could she part with her Grandmothers quilt? I would not in any way, form or fashion depart with my dear Grandmothers quilt she made. I would be "sadlady" if my children, grandchildren, sister or brothers parted with the quilts I made for them. They know that too!

    I always say: If you have to get rid of one on my quilts, I hope it goes to a family member that will cherish it, if not, I hope it goes to someone like this dear lady (a quilter) that got it from the yard sale. A quilter knows all the love, labor and thought that goes in a quilt.
