Oh WOW! This is awesome! I will be starting mine next year, um, that's next month isn't it! And I will be doing it in the blues as a gift for a very dear friend. Yours is so inspirational! Thank you for sharing.

That is so beautiful!! I love the borders, and I'm sure the embroidery took a while. Very nice, and love it in blue, it is so wintery.

I also have had this pattern for awhile but haven't gotten to it. I've always seen it in reds but your blue is beautiful.

I bet the others mentioned in burgandy and purple would be pretty too. I wonder how it would look in my favorite greens.

Love it!!! I am just starting this quilt and doing it in blue also. So nice to see yours. I was not sure if I wanted to do the mix of white and off-white backgrounds but I do like the look of yours so will do that. Thanks for posting this photo.
