    Very nice! The King size would be beautiful too-just think of making several small ones like this and eventually you will have the king size. :>)

    I was thinking 1.5 inch strips would be the way to go. The 1 inch strips look nice, but my quilting foot is wider than the 1/2 inch of fabric that isn't stitched on by about 1/16 of an inch. It would slightly hang up making a very small wave in the stitching. It was frustrating for a perfectionist.

    Nicely done!! Perhaps tell hubby that a king-sized quilt made with such small strips would be pretty heavy!
