I mailed my fat quarters yesterday (Monday) Can't quite walk the 3 blocks yet, so husband took me to the PO. Plus main street is streaming with cops. One guy shot another - shot him once and stabbed him 26 times, so I didn't feel real comfortable hobbling down there alone with my cane. I hope you like them RA.

Thanks all for the congrats! Of course dh and I are in "hog heaven" loving on our new lil one and his "big" sister (she was 4 in June).

Oh my, Ellie, how scary! I wouldn't feel comfortable walking down there without a cane! It's so sad how mean people can be to each other! Hope you're feeling better every day!

My fqs mailed out yesterday, both sets going to 2 diff people in the same state, northeast of me. And a state I have always wanted to visit..especially during Autumn....
    Regards,
    Kif

Congrats on the new little one Kif! I am looking forward to being a grandma, but hopefully not soon. DS is 21, in college and still living at home so not ready to be a dad yet.

Oh my Ellie that is scary! But then using a cane in the winter is scary too. I was on crutches one January and they were treacherous.

Both my sets of FQs were mailed on Tuesday, at the very same time. They both headed off to PA at the same time, but didn't get there at the same time. (All packages from my post office go to PA for sorting) So as of last night, one is on it's way southwest of me. The other one is apparently not done visiting in the sort facility, fortunately it won't have far to go once it leaves.

I just mailed my two packages today, a little behind this week, but seems I'm a little behind in everything, both are going west, one is going just a little west of me though... Merry Christmas!!

I got my HALF YARDS in today from Jvan228. She enclosed a sweet note and since it was a combined fq swap, and so close to Christmas (my thinking on the Christmas gift part...lol) she sent half yards instead of fqs!
They are all so great, no way I could choose a favorite...most of them are "sparkly", which is a fave of mine! It will probably be hard to cut into some of them, too! Haha..

    Thanks so much Jvan!!!

I received a great squishy today from Bullock2us. All of the fabrics are beautiful, I don't think the photo does justice to the pine cone fabric in the center. It needs to be used for something extra special. The hot cocoa fabric is telling me it wants to be a mug rug. Thanks partner!
