What a heartwarming story. Really touched me as it reminded me of my DB who helped care for our mom when she had cancer. He too would feed her, rub her calves and feet, talk to her, whatever he could. I really admired him for it. Unfortunately, he is missing and presumed murdered so I wiill never be able to share the same kind of gesture with him as you did your brothers. Bless you.

Those quilts are gorgeous. Well done.

Made me cry. Maybe because I have two sons and would hope they would be as wonderful as your brothers if I ever needed them...now I've got to find some kleenex! Beautiful quilts and obviously beautiful brothers too!

Oh how sweet!! I would love have seen the looks on their faces when they got them. You did a beautiful job on both.

How lucky your mother was to have such lovely children. Speaks volumes for the way you were all raised.
Lovely quilts.

Great quilt designs. What a wonderful family memory for your mom before she passed away. She knew she raised her family well. This was a wonderful tribute to her and your brothers. I hope your dad is doing well.

This says a lot for your mother and the children she raised. I'm sure this was hard for all, but the reward of honoring her wishes was great. What a good sister you are......
