    I love the tranquility and its subtle colors. I think it is great and I can't tell you're a beginning quilter. you did a lovely job with the quilting too!

    Personally I love the tone-on-tone, good challenge to do it evenly. So much work in this, and I think it's beautiful.

    It is a beautiful quilt and just happens to be hubby and my wedding colors, so it would find a warm place in our hearts, as well as our bed <g>
    It will be welcomed wherever you send it, and if you learned something different than what you thought you were going to learn, well!

    I used to tell my children - - sometimes, you do something JUST so you know why you will NEVER do that again! LOL

    I love the tone on tone - but then I love monochromatic things. I really love it because it is so relaxing and calming.
