    I love the remake. I also have never been able to see what people see in the turning twenty quilt. I just do not get it. But love you remake.

    You did a terrific job - I LOVE the final design... Isn't that what "creating" is all about - putting our own touch on a quilt. YAY for you!

    To be honest - I have never really LIKED Turning Twenty (although there are many lovely ones here!) Somehow there just doesn't seem to be a pattern. My brain just doesn't wrap around it. Looks like a bunch of fabric sewn together with no thot (maybe thats the way it is SUPPOSED to be!?) lol! Your finished quilt is perfect and what a beautiful job you did. Be proud of it - we have all had that "UH OH!" moment when we don't like what we are making.

    Sorry you had to do all that 'ripping' but your final design is the best, really love the crisp clean design of white background and the cherry blocks.

    Oh I can't help but ask. ...... what did you do with all those extra fabrics after the redesign?
