Two. But, since I started the second one, I have barely touched the first...which is WHY I usually only have one, and I might do a couple of small projects in the midst of a big one, but none of them are quilts.

I have four ready to be quilted. Two ready to add borders and one is ready for piecing. And of course many, many more that are on my list waiting to get started. :lol:
