Hey there have been weeks that I have only lost .2. It is better than a gain. Slow and steady and we will get there.

for January I'm down a bit over 7 pounds. I'm on my way to my goal.. one step at a time.

I'm doing a square in square pattern, with a turtle in the middle. It'll be all rainbows in the trip around the world pattern.

So far, only have 4 blocks done and I need to do over 40!

I have been fighting the same 3 to 4 pounds all month. Up and down and up and down. I am getting dizzy.

My weight isn't budging at all. I think the scale is defective. Yeah, that's gotta be what it is don't you think?

That's what I thought until I went to the Dr. when I got sick and their scale said the same thing.

Oh my doctor's scale is even more broken than mine! Or maybe his office has more gravity?

You guys, I lost 116 lbs, in 4 months due to illness. (Great side effect) If I made a quilt with that many blocks it would be a tent for Omar. Not getting in on that challenge. lol

Wow that is a scary amount of weight loss, hope you are doing better now! You would have to make some really small blocks for that quilt.
