I am sitting here with a facial and can't wash it off for 20 minutes. It is yogurt, applesauce, banana, oatmeal, maple syrup and ginger. THANK the LORD Missy lives in SD one could only picture what Missy would be doing if she lived closer to be able to lick this crap off. She would look like the chick with the big hooters trying to get here within 20 minutes.

Lauriejo thank you so much for the laugh. The menopause has kicked in and I feel like killing someone. I've been trying to control it because it's my only DD's 17th Birthday today. If little man says mommy for no reason again I might just snap. Is it bed time yet?

My heart doctor told me to eat a banana a day and I didn't have one so I am on my way to like that off your face! It sounds like lots of fiber too. Woohoo!!

2 ounces of dark chocolate a day is permissible for those who love chocolate. It's what the Dr's recomend. It's supposed to be good for you.

I am taking Missy's advice I am going to bed I am ending this day. I waited 24 hours since my BFF told me last night he was calling tonight. Why do I set myself up for this?
