Sorry for your loss. Glad that you have that memorable shopping experience with her and were able to make such a beautiful quilt.

What a great idea!

I'm so sorry that you've lost a loved one! I'm positive that she can see the quilt now, and loves it and you! Where did she live, I'm in CA too. You will always be reminded of her whenever you use that beautiful quilt! But if you choose to not keep it, perhaps you might donate it to a local oncology center in memory of her.

I sorry to hear of the loss of your Aunt. Your aunt sounds like mine, who is 81 years of age. If you can spend some time with your elderly relatives, do because it will bless your heart.

Your Aunt Penny is smiling from heaven about the awesome job you are doing on her quilt.

Many blessings,

I'm so sorry for your loss. Just reading your story brought me to tears. I know your aunt Penny just had you make her that quilt for you as she most likely knew that you needed to make it for the therapy it would give you, and she wanted to have that last fling with you at the fabric store doing her's and your's most most favorite thing. I'm glad you both got to spend that last time together and now you have a beautiful quilt to remember her by since she picked out the fabric. What a beautiful memory. She sounds so special. Hugs and prayers to you.

Sorry for your loss. Think of that beautiful quilt as a "prayer shawl" and think of her with loving memories when you wrap yourself in her special quilt. Reminds me to call my last living aunt more often. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}
