I cut out my fabric on my center island when I know I will be going to the chiropractor in the near future. Even bend over for a few minuets can give me lots of pain. I no longer can do hand sewing because of my neck and right arm. I get up and down a lot when sewing but have noticed that the next day my wrists are really sore. I do what I can when I can and just keep plugging away.
Take care of your body , it does wear out.
