You know you are addicted to quilting when one can't keep up sewing every free block on the internet. I finish one and off I am on another and this hasn't stopped since I discovered quilting a year ago. I love it!

After watching the Will Smith movie "I am Legend." I dreamed I was in that situation and figuring out how to pack my car so I could get them most quilting supplies in before I went off to find sanctuary and how to factor in hitting all the quilt stores along the way.

Didn't even take in account the cat or hubby or food. Oh, well. Good thing it was a dream.

You teach your family what blenders and solids are and tell them that they can buy your these types of fabrics for you as gifts or a gift card from a fabric store :D

You see a pattern on a t-shirt that someone across the table is wearing and think...Wow that would make a beautiful quilt block...LOL

Yes, like many of you have said -I look at my calendars, wallpapers, greeting cards, magazine ads, anything...It all goes into file for quilts or painting sawblades.
Javin22-your outdoor pic looks like a OBW.

When all your friends, even the non-quilting ones, give you fabric or gift cards to quilt stores for presents.

woke up in a hotel room this morning looking at the drapes, and thinking that is the ugliest fabric I have ever seen, would not be able to use it in a quilt, but then was fussy cutting some of the design in my head.
