    I love the layered look.
    I am in awe over these type quilts. It bends my mousie mind to play with so many multi-colored pieces. I'd rather watch the stunningly skilled do it ;)

    Have fun, try more placements. I admire that you are making this quilt. It is a beauty but I know it is a lot of work.

    Beautiful! I think I'm partial to the #2 layout, although they are both great. It'll be a winner whichever one you choose.
