I think I would split it and have the smaller ones in the corners and large in center

If you use a pieced block border, how about the "hole in the barn door" block. An outside border with flying geese? It will be beautiful, and with all these suggestions, your options are unlimited. It will be beautiful, however it is done.

I would cut the different pictures apart. Then select fabrics that coordinate with the colors in the different pictures, I would make different classic patchwork blocks to make the quilt the finished size you want. Then with the large picture as the center, just randomly place the other pictures and patchwork blocks together. It would be fun and not to difficult.

I saw something like this in a book and they used flying geese in the borders. Kind of look like trees.

Use the four smaller ones in the corners, and fill in borders on the sides~~

You could use the panel in the centre and add plain and pieced borders to make it larger. There are lots of colours to work with in the panel. Homespun and checked fabrics would be great with this country theme.
