    Thanks everybody! I think I've decided on #3. At first I thought it was "too much" but after walking away for awhile, and coming back, I think it really looks like Christmas. Like k3n...I also like bling. LOL!! I think my friends will be very happy with them.

    Here's the link to the pattern if anyone would like to have it. It goes together very quickly and paper pieced so no intricate measuring. YAY!!! :-) http://quilting.about.com/od/foundat...cabin_tree.htm

    I like the third one best. The first is not enough, The second is nice but adding the other ornaments seemed to complete it.

    I prefer the mixed---the beads ?? shine and make it look like lights. Very pretty, all of them.
