    I make my template. I used a 2 1/2 square. If you use the 3 1/2 it will be really big. Do some figuring before you cut.

    Anyone seeking basic layout can do a quick search on board for twister tree. There are a number of varieties---different trunks, size, etc.

    Another member put a tutorial up for this here..look in tutorials...It may help a bit I have both the twister tools but havent attempted a quilt with it yet,,but the xmas tree is the cutest one so far to me!
