    I cannot think of another compliment to your quilt that hasn't already been said. It is WONDERFUL for certain.. What a wonderful Aunt you are to gift him with this beautiful yet masculine quilt.

    As a mother of a serviceman like so many others on this board we know what it is to have a loved one serving our country in perilous times. Thank your nephew for his service from yet another Quilt Board Member with deepest gratitude for his selfless time serving our nation.

    Ditto, Ditto, Ditto....wonderful job and great gift for your Marine.

    I started this pattern last weekend with my Dad's shirts as a memory quilt for my Mom. I am making it much smaller though I hope that she will like it. She is not a scrap quilt person and likes bright colors. His shirts are blue and brown colors mostly.
