Know it sounds really harsh, but put puppy and her crate in a room by herself at bedtime. The ideas of a blanket, toy or clock in with her are good. Be strong and within a few days she will settle, if you give in, she will expect to sleep with someone all the time. I know lots of people love having the pets in/on the bed, but sometimes this is not practical and there may be times when she needs to go to her bed and stay for a bit, so the training can be useful. Anyway, hope you get some sleep soon.
