    You can order it from Amazon and get it within just a few days, especially if you choose priority mailing. Even their regular mail is pretty fast.

    Sula, I spent a couple of hours last night searching the internet for this fabric, with no luck. How much of the iris fabric did it take for the bag? If there's anyone out there with enough of this fabric to make the bag, I'd love to buy it from you!

    I found the pattern today at a quilt shop about 25 miles from me. (and of course I had to go get it :) Thanks for the suggestions!

    Alondra,
    My pattern calls for 1/3rd yard of fabric, for the main body. You will also need 5" of the width of fabric for the handles. That is if you want them to match the main body. I hope this helps you out!!
