    Depends on the quilt pattern...but I to have a problem with mitered cooners...woops been out of school to long how do you spell coners ????.....haha

    I miter all of my quilts. It is one thing that I can do right! LOL!

    I never miter. the times I have tried to master this have always been a desaster so I just don't do it.

    I never miter either - it looks harder to do than regular borders and in reading the instructions, it does sound more troublesome. Regular borders works for me (so far).

    I've mitered the borders. It depends on the fabric, how much fabric I have, and if I'm in the mood to do it. I should probably try to do it more often, because to me it looks better.

    Sometimes I miter and sometimes I don't...depending
    upon my mood and luck at trying to do it!
    What does your friend mean that it wastes material???!!!
